Jayne is Professor of Nursing at De Montfort University Leicester. She was a community and accident and emergency nurse before gaining extensive experience in research and teaching in the university setting. As a mother of four, she understands the joys and challenges that family life can bring and she is passionate about supporting families and improving nursing practice.
